These are very soft & chewy. Tops will crack while baking. My personal favorites are chocolate & funfetti!

Ingredients

1 box cake mix, any flavor
1 - 8 oz container cool whip
1 - egg
- powdered sugar

How To Make cool whip cookies

Step 1

Mix cake mix, Cool Whip & egg in bowl until well mixed.

Step 2

Drop by tsp into powder sugar & roll until well coated (dough will be very soft).
Step 3

Place on greased cookie sheet & bake at 350 degrees for 12 min. Do not over bake.
Step 4

Remove from cookie sheet onto wax paper & cool. Cookies will be soft.
