cookie dough ice cream cookie
It was a hot summer day and my kids ice cream cones were melting faster than they could lick them... When suddenly I got inspired to recreate their favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream in the form of a cookie! They became a family favorite, right after we devoured the first batch, fresh from the oven. Now, I can even take my kids favorite ice cream on a picnic or send it as a lunchbox treat. How cool is that?
