Ingredients

  • BROWNIES

  • 4 large
    eggs
  • 1 c
    canola oil
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • COOKIE DOUGH

  • 1/2 c
    butter softened
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream more if needed for cookie dough consistency
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • GLAZE

  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts

How to Make Cookie Dough Brownies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix the ingredients for the brownies together and place in a 9x13 pan and bake about 30 minutes Let cool completely
  2. Mix the ingredients together for cookie dough except for the chocolate chips. Once the mixture in a good cookie dough consistency stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Spread over the top of brownies.
    Melt the chocolate chips with the butter in a microwave. Spread on top of the cookie dough.
    Sprinkle the walnuts on top.
