    light brown sugar
  • 3
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 1/2 c
  • 1 bag(s)
    chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    nuts (optional)

How to Make Congo Bars


  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Mix well
  3. put into a 9x13 greased glass pan bake at 350 F
