Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- FILLING
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 large eggs, well-beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups coconut
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
How To Make coconut pecan bars

Step 1Mix the crust ingredients well and pat into the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Bake the crust for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Leave the oven on.

Step 2In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the eggs and vanilla and blend. Stir in the coconut and pecans. Spread mixture over the crust and bake 25 more minutes.
