I have made these Macaroons often, easy, filling and low in calorie. They really hit the spot.

Ingredients

  • - non-stick spray
  • 1-14 oz. ounce condensed milk
  • 1 - large egg
  • 14 ounces flaked coconut
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract

How To Make coconut macaroons

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 325 degrees Line bakery sheet with foil Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray
  • Step 2
    Combine sweetened condensed milk, egg white, coconut and almond extracts in a large bowl mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls full or a little larger if you desire.
  • Step 3
    Bake 15 to 17 minutes Cool on wired rack Macroons will stick if left on baking sheet.
