Ingredients
- - non-stick spray
- 1-14 oz. ounce condensed milk
- 1 - large egg
- 14 ounces flaked coconut
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
How To Make coconut macaroons

Step 1Heat oven to 325 degrees Line bakery sheet with foil Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray

Step 2Combine sweetened condensed milk, egg white, coconut and almond extracts in a large bowl mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls full or a little larger if you desire.

Step 3Bake 15 to 17 minutes Cool on wired rack Macroons will stick if left on baking sheet.
