How to Make Coconut Macaroons
1Heat oven to 325 degrees
Line bakery sheet with foil
Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray
2Combine sweetened condensed milk, egg white, coconut and almond extracts in a large bowl mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls full or a little larger if you desire.
3Bake 15 to 17 minutes Cool on wired rack Macroons will stick if left on baking sheet.
