How to Make Coconut Joy's, Sandy
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and coconut. Shape in 3/4" balls. Chill until firm.
- Place chips in ziplock, seal. Submerge in hot water until chocolate melts. Snip tiny hole in 1 corner, drizzle over coconut balls. Let stand until firm, store in fridge.
- Note, can make covered entirely. This is how she made it and is pictured.
