1/2 cup butter
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
3 cups flaked coconut
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

How To Make coconut joy's, sandy

Step 1

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and coconut. Shape in 3/4" balls. Chill until firm.

Step 2

Place chips in ziplock, seal. Submerge in hot water until chocolate melts. Snip tiny hole in 1 corner, drizzle over coconut balls. Let stand until firm, store in fridge.
Step 3

Note, can make covered entirely. This is how she made it and is pictured.
