Coconut Cranberry Bars
1 1/2 cgraham cracker crumbs (approx. 24 squares)
1/2 cmelted butter
1 1/2 cvanilla or white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cdried cranberries
1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
1 cflaked coconut
1 cpecan halves
How to Make Coconut Cranberry Bars
- In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly.
Press into a 9" x 13" greased baking pan.
- In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Gently spread over crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees approx. 28-30 mins. or until edges are golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars.
