Cinnamon Butter Cookies

Staci Cakes

When I roll the cookies in the walnut topping they disappear in minutes. Needless to say the walnut is everyone's favorite!

If you'd like a thicker layer of nuts I recommend whipping up an egg white, dip the dough ball in the egg, drain, then gently press/roll walnuts onto cookie.

  2. Gradually stir in flour until well combined
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 - 12 minutes

For the cinnamon-sugar mixture and the cinnamon-sugar-walnut mixture: After rolling dough into balls, roll in topping of your choice then bake as directed.
