Ingredients
- COOKIE DOUGH
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup more flour if you want a chunky cookie than add an egg
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1/8 teaspoon orange extract
- THE MIDDLE
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 - egg white
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tablespoon milk
- ICING
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
How To Make cinna-bun-cookie

Step 1All the ingredients you will need.

Step 2Place in a bowl cream the sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, orange extract, raisins, and orange peel. I also, added 1/2 cup of nuts.

Step 3Add the flour and mix. If you want a chunky cookie add 1/2 cup more of flour. Than add an egg. Mix the flour mixture.

Step 4Roll the dough into a 9 x 12 rectangle and freeze.

Step 5Rolled up ready for the freezer.

Step 6Thaw the dough and roll out. Whisk cream, egg white until foamy add 1/4 cup of brown sugar, cinnamon and sugar. Spreads out very easily.

Step 7Rolled up ready to cut. Cut the cookie in whatever size you want. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Use parchment paper. Add powdered sugar whisk the cream into sugar. Drizzle over cookie.
