How To Make chunky chocolate oatmeal raisin cookies
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees; prepare a baking stone by lightly spraying with cooking spray
-
Step 2Cream butter and sugar in medium mixing bowl
-
Step 3Beat in egg and vanilla
-
Step 4Add in all dry ingredients and fold in until incorporated; then add chocolate chips and raisins
-
Step 5Cookie dough will be very stiff
-
Step 6Drop dough by teaspoon full onto your prepared baking stone
-
Step 7Bake 12 to 15 minutes (I had to bake for 15 to 17 minutes because I'm having trouble with my oven regulating properly so you may have to adjust your baking time back to 10 to 12 minutes)
-
Step 8Remove Cookies from oven and let rest about 5 minutes on the stone then move to a rack and cool completely
-
Step 9Delicious warm with a glass of milk or a cup of coffee :0)
