My Aunt Margie made these for me for every family get together. She nicely shared the recipe as soon as she realized I enjoyed cooking. I always picked off the cinnamon candies...which made her laugh.

Ingredients For christmas holly cookies

  • 2 c
    cornflakes
  • 16-20 lg
    marshmallows
  • 1/4 c
    margarine
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • green food coloring
  • red cinnamon candy

How To Make christmas holly cookies

  • 1
    melt marshmallows and margarine in double boiler. Add vanilla, green food coloring and cornflakes. Stir to coat flakes. Shape into wreaths or drop by spoonfulls on waxed paper. Add red cinnamon candy for holly berry color.
