  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 12 oz
    bag butterscotch chips (or any other flavor)
  • 5 oz
    can chow mein noodles
  • 1 c
    raisins, optional
  • 1 c
    nuts, optional

How to Make Chow Mein Noodle Cookies


  1. Melt peanut butter and chips in double boiler. Stir in noodles. Drop on wax paper and refrigerate.
