    all purpose flour
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    sugar,devided
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 8 oz
    semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/2 c
    raspberries jam

How to Make Chocolate Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrades.Mix flour,baking soda and salt,set aside.
  2. In double boiler melt chocolate and butter.Slightly cool.Add cream cheese,egg ,2/3 cup sugar and vanilla,mix well.
  3. Roll dough into 1 inch balls,coat with remaining sugar.Place 2 inch apart,on baking sheets.Press your thumb into center of each ball;fill each indentation with jam.
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
