My kids love this cookies.i think they are good for Valentine's Day dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar,devided
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup raspberries jam

How To Make chocolate raspberry thumbprint cookies

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375 degrades.Mix flour,baking soda and salt,set aside.
  • Step 2
    In double boiler melt chocolate and butter.Slightly cool.Add cream cheese,egg ,2/3 cup sugar and vanilla,mix well.
  • Step 3
    Roll dough into 1 inch balls,coat with remaining sugar.Place 2 inch apart,on baking sheets.Press your thumb into center of each ball;fill each indentation with jam.
  • Step 4
    Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
