Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar,devided
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter
- 8 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup raspberries jam

Step 1Heat oven to 375 degrades.Mix flour,baking soda and salt,set aside.

Step 2In double boiler melt chocolate and butter.Slightly cool.Add cream cheese,egg ,2/3 cup sugar and vanilla,mix well.

Step 3Roll dough into 1 inch balls,coat with remaining sugar.Place 2 inch apart,on baking sheets.Press your thumb into center of each ball;fill each indentation with jam.

Step 4Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
