chocolate pecan low cal cookies
Just started playing in the kitchen and these came out very good. It only makes 3 dozen so its simple and fast.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1/3 cup stevia
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 ounces pecans, broken
- 1 ounce holly berry christmas decor candies
How To Make chocolate pecan low cal cookies

Step 1Mix together the margarine and sugars.

Step 2Add egg, water and vanilla.

Step 3Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.

Step 4Add chocolate chips, nuts and candies.

Step 5Bake at 325 for 12 minutes. Remove to waxed paper until cool. Enjoy!

Step 6Note - I added a little more than a teaspoon of vanilla, not exactly a teaspoon. Also, these come out good with walnuts too. The candies are not necessary either - I just had some and decided to use them.
