These are really good. You could use almost anything you want on the inside like chopped up candy bars, coconut or jam. Easy and the grandkids loved them

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces bag mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 6 cups rice krispies
  • 1 bag semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

How To Make chocolate peanut butter rice crispy treats

  • Step 1
    Line a large baking sheet with wax paper and spray abundantly with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    On stove top in large pot add marshmallows and butter and cook until marshmallows are melted. Mix in peanut butter and rice krispies.
  • Step 3
    With greased hands spread out the rice krispy mixture on wax paper.
  • Step 4
    Melt the chocolate and peanut butter chips together either on stove or in microwave. Spread over top the rice krispies.
  • Step 5
    using the wax paper start rolling jelly roll style on the long side. Roll tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice and serve
