chocolate marshmallow cookies
This is one of my mother's recipes. I know it called for melted chocolate squares, but I don't remember her ever using them on anything because she thought they were too expensive. She came up with the butter and baking cocoa. I've since tried with the squares and didn't like them as well. We've had these in the family for years, and now I share them with the neighborhood and family.
