Ingredients

  • 2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa (nestles quick)
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margerine
  • 3 1/2 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1 c
    flaked sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 dash(es)
    salt

How to Make Chocolate Haystacks (No Bake Cookies)

Step-by-Step

  1. In saucepan, bring first 4 ingredients to a full boil.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop quickly from a teaspoon (dinnerware) on waxed paper. Cool.
