Ingredients
- DOUGH
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted shortening
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon powder
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 squares melted chocolate
- FROSTING:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons warm milk
- 1 square melted chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Combine together dough ingredients and drop by spoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min. Frost when cool.

Step 2NOTE: Sour milk is a combination of vinegar and milk (1 1/2 t vinegar or lemon juice in 1/2 cup measure first, then fill rest of measure with milk). Baking chocolate squares are what the chocolate part of the recipe ingredients means (find in the baking aisle in a box).
