Ingredients

8 ozsemi-sweet baking chocolate

3/4 cflour
-
2 tspsaigon ground cinnamon

2 tspancho chili pepper powder
-
1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 cbutter, softened
-
1/2 csugar
-
1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2eggs, slightly beaten
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
4 ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips
How to Make Chocolate Crackled Cookies
- Preheat oven to 375F. Melt the baking chocolate as directed on package. Set aside.
- Mix flour, cinnamon, ancho chile pepper powder, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Set aside.
- Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add melted chocolate; beat until well blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until well mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoon or medium cookie scoop 1-1/2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or just until cookies are set and slightly cracked on top. Cool on wire rack completely. Enjoy!
