How To Make chocolate chip pudding cookies
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F.
-
Step 2In a bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Then set the bowl aside.
-
Step 3In a large bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
-
Step 4Now add in the pudding mix and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.
-
Step 5Add the eggs and mix well.
-
Step 6Gradually stir in the flour mixture.
-
Step 7Now stir in the chocolate chips.
-
Step 8Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet about 1-inch apart. (I used a Pampered Chef Medium Cookie Scoop to make each cookie.)
-
Step 9Bake in oven for 9 minutes, then carefully remove the cookies, and place on a wire rack to cool.
-
Step 10Yields: 42 (2-inch) cookies
-
Step 11I wanted to let everyone know, that after the cookies cool, I place them in a Tupperware container, and place them in the freezer. They do keep well for quite sometime in the freezer. But I must admit, these cookies are quite addictive.
