These cookies are truly delicious, and don't take long to make.

Ingredients For chocolate chip pudding cookies

  • 1 c
    (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 (1 oz.)
    pkg. baker's choice sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2-1/4 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1
    (11.5 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate chip pudding cookies

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In a bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Then set the bowl aside.

    In a large bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.

    Now add in the pudding mix and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.

    Add the eggs and mix well.

    Gradually stir in the flour mixture.

    Now stir in the chocolate chips.

    Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet about 1-inch apart. (I used a Pampered Chef Medium Cookie Scoop to make each cookie.)

    Bake in oven for 9 minutes, then carefully remove the cookies, and place on a wire rack to cool.

    I wanted to let everyone know, that after the cookies cool, I place them in a Tupperware container, and place them in the freezer. They do keep well for quite sometime in the freezer. But I must admit, these cookies are quite addictive.
