These cookies are truly delicious, and don't take long to make.

prep time 20 Min
cook time 9 Min
method Bake
yield 42 (2 inch) cookies, or (3-1/2 dozen cookies)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (1 oz.) - pkg. baker's choice sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 (11.5 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate chip pudding cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2
In a bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Then set the bowl aside.
  • Step 3
In a large bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  • Step 4
Now add in the pudding mix and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.
  • Step 5
Add the eggs and mix well.
  • Step 6
Gradually stir in the flour mixture.
  • Step 7
Now stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Step 8
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet about 1-inch apart. (I used a Pampered Chef Medium Cookie Scoop to make each cookie.)
  • Step 9
Bake in oven for 9 minutes, then carefully remove the cookies, and place on a wire rack to cool.
  • Step 10
    Yields: 42 (2-inch) cookies
  • Step 11
I wanted to let everyone know, that after the cookies cool, I place them in a Tupperware container, and place them in the freezer. They do keep well for quite sometime in the freezer. But I must admit, these cookies are quite addictive.
