chocolate chip, pb, banana, toffee oatmeal cookie
This is a Soft but Chewy Cookie full of flavor!!! There is no egg in this recipe, but you can replace banana with egg if you want a crispier cookie. (Amounts in recipe). Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 large old bananas, mashed. or 3 eggs
- 3 cups oatmeal, uncooked
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- I package chocolate chips, 11 oz (or white chocolate) optional
- 1/2 cup toffee pieces, or more optional
- 1 1/2 cups pecans or walnuts, chopped. optional

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, mix butter, pb and sugars on medium speed until smooth. Add banana and vanilla, mix well.

Step 2Add oatmeal, flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in chips, toffee and nuts.

Step 3Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Using a 1/4 cup scoop, scoop dough onto pan. Bake 15ish minutes. Allow to rest on pan at least 5 minutes, before removing to cooling racks.

Step 4I store in freezer.
