Ingredients

  • WET INGREDIANTS

  • 1 c
    unsalted melted butter
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • DRY INGREDIANTS

  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • OTHER INGREDIANTS

  • 12 oz
    semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 9 tsp
    peanut butter

How to Make Chocolate Chip Pan Cookies with Peanut Butter

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Combine wet ingredients EXCEPT BUTTER in a large bowl
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in ½ increments
  5. Once they are combine add the melted butter mix well
  6. Add the chocolate chips
  7. Place cookie dough batter in a 9 ½ X 13 Pan
  8. Flatten out the dough
  9. Create 9 wells in cookie dough with the back of a spoon
  10. Fill the wells with a teaspoon of peanut butter
  11. Cover wells with cookie dough and smooth out
  12. Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes
  13. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into cookies
