Ingredients

  • WET INGREDIANTS
  • 1 cup unsalted melted butter
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • DRY INGREDIANTS
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • OTHER INGREDIANTS
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 9 teaspoons peanut butter

How To Make chocolate chip pan cookies with peanut butter

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350°
  • Step 2
    Combine wet ingredients EXCEPT BUTTER in a large bowl
  • Step 3
    Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl
  • Step 4
    Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in ½ increments
  • Step 5
    Once they are combine add the melted butter mix well
  • Step 6
    Add the chocolate chips
  • Step 7
    Place cookie dough batter in a 9 ½ X 13 Pan
  • Step 8
    Flatten out the dough
  • Step 9
    Create 9 wells in cookie dough with the back of a spoon
  • Step 10
    Fill the wells with a teaspoon of peanut butter
  • Step 11
    Cover wells with cookie dough and smooth out
  • Step 12
    Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes
  • Step 13
    Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into cookies
