I first made these with a Dear friend who past away at an early age. We made these using refrigerator dough and homemade dough at times. It has been over 13 years since last making them.

Ingredients

  • 1- 12oz pkg
    chocolate chip cookie dough, refrigerated
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    egg

How to Make Chocolate chip cheesecake bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut your cookie dough in half. For crust press half of the cookie dough to the bottom of a sprayed 8" square baking pan
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla & egg together till smooth
  4. Spread that on top of the cookie dough then crumble the other half of the cookie dough on top.
    Bake for 35-40 Minutes
  5. When done let cool then cut into bars.
    Chill leftovers
