These are too easy to be true. this comes from Taste Of Home mag and the lady who invented them was Teri Lindquist. I make these frequently, and took them in to work and everyone raved how good they were, had to give out the recipie for this to 5 different people.

Ingredients
- 18 ounces refridgerated chocolate chip cookie dough (1 tube)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
How To Make chocolate chip cheese bars

Step 1Cut cookie dough in half. For crust press half dough on the bottom of a 8x8 square greased baking pan.

Step 2In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth. Spread over crust.

Step 3Crumble remaining dough over cream cheese layer.

Step 4Bake in a 350 degree preheatd oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until center is set.

Step 5Refridgerate leftovers.
