I don't recall if Aunt Margie gave this recipe to mom, or mom gave it to Aunt Margie. All I know is they both made this for me when I was young, and I absolutely love it!

Ingredients
- 14 ounces bag caramel
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup peanuts
- 5 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
How To Make caramel morsel bars

Step 1Melt caramel with water until smooth. Pour over cereal and nuts and coat well. With greased fingers, press into greased 9x13. Sprinkle with chips. Bake at 200 degrees 5 min. Spread melted chips to form frosting.
