Ingredients

2 packages cream cheese( 8 oz ea) at room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
22 - twix bars (fun size) about 2 3/4 cup total, chopped
1 - chocolate cookie pie crust 8-inch

How To Make caramel cookie cheesecake pie

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 F.

Step 2

With electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar and eggs on medium high until smooth.
Step 3

Mix in 2 cups of the chopped Twix bars.
Step 4

Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake until set, 40 to 45 minutes; let cool.
Step 5

Sprinkle the pie with the remaining Twix bars and chill until firm, 8 to 10 hours.
