This is a delightful cookie candy. If you love caramel and coconut, you will be in heaven. We used to have a treat like this at our candy store. It was a large square marshmallow dipped in caramel and rolled in coconut.

Ingredients
- 28 - caramels (about 8 oz)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons half and half or milk
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup flaked coconut
How To Make caramel coconut marshmallow balls

Step 1In a 2-quart glass measure, place caramels, butter, and half and half.

Step 2Cook on high for 5 minutes in the microwave.

Step 3Stir after 3 minutes. Cook until melted and smooth.

Step 4Stir in sugar until smooth.

Step 5Add peanuts.

Step 6Stir in marshmallows just until lightly coated.

Step 7The mixture will be cool enough to shape the caramel mixture into balls. Roll in coconut until well coated.
