Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup + 3 tbs cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 30 hershey's caramel kisses
How To Make caramel chocolate crinkle cookies

Step 1Combine brown sugar and cocoa powder.

Step 2Add melted butter and stir until smooth.

Step 3Add eggs and mix well.

Step 4Stir in flour and baking powder.

Step 5Let dough chill for 30 minutes.

Step 6Roll dough int 1 1/2inch balls. Make indention in center and add kiss to center. Wrap cookie dough completely around kiss.

Step 7Coat each cookie ball in powdered sugar.

Step 8Place cookies in refrigerator for 10 additional minutes.

Step 9Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 10Place cookies on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 11Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until cookies start to crack.

Step 12Let cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
