These are quick and easy to throw together, a must make if you need peanut butter cookies in a hurry or want something a new cook or child can do.

Ingredients

1 box (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup extra chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup honey roasted peanut butter
1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon water
2 - eggs

How To Make cake mix peanut butter cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all inredients and mix well. Drop from teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Press a criss-cross on each cookie with fork prongs that have been dipped in water. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until golden. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute, then remove to rack to finish cooling.
