Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 tablespoons buttermilk
- 12 ounces butterscotch chips, elted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
- 1-1 1/2 cups sweetened coconut ( 1/2 bag)
How To Make butterscotch crunch cookies

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.

Step 2In a large bowl, cream butter with both sugars. Slowly add in the flour mixture and the buttermilk. When combined well, add the butterscotch and vanilla. Finally add in the nuts and coconut. This will be a stiff dough.

Step 3Drop by tablespoons onto a greased baking pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly brown around the edges. Cool on pan for 1-2 minutes and finish cooling on a wire rack.

Step 4Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
