Perfect for summer, because you don't need the oven. Makes about 30 cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy
  • 3 cups cornflake cereal
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

How To Make butterscotch cookies (no flour/no bake)

  • Step 1
    Heat butterscotch chips and peanut butter in large heavy saucepan on lowest heat, stirring often, until butterscotch chips are almost melted. Do not overheat. Remove from heat. Stir until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Add cereal and pecans. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Drop, using 2 tablespoons for each, onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheets. Let stand until set.
