How to Make Butterscotch Cookies (no flour/no bake)

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat butterscotch chips and peanut butter in large heavy saucepan on lowest heat, stirring often, until butterscotch chips are almost melted.
    Do not overheat. Remove from heat. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add cereal and pecans. Mix well.
  3. Drop, using 2 tablespoons for each, onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheets. Let stand until set.
