I love making big batches of cookies to give to others. This makes a big batch over 100 cookies. Perfect to bake sales

Ingredients
- 3 cups butter or margaine, melted and cooled
- 6 - eggs
- 6 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 6 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 10 1/2 cups all purpose flour
How To Make butterscotch cookies

Step 1Blend well all ingredients except flour, use an electric mixer if possible. Slowly add in 10 1/2 cups of all purpose flour.

Step 2Roll into walnut sized balls, place 2" apart on lightly greased cookie sheet, or use parchment paper. Bake 10 -12 minutes at 350 degrees.
