butterfinger cookies revisited
There was a Butterfinger cookie posted a few weeks ago by Clairessa Raine, this was her original recipe before she made corrections; this is the exact recipe I tried and my husband and friends loved them, so I guess they are good either way.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 - egg whites
- 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 - butterfinger candy bars, chopped

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg whites. Stir in Peanut Butter.

Step 2Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; Gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in candy bars.

Step 3Shape into 1 1/2 in balls and place 2 inces apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool on wire rack.
