butter pecan cookies
This is a quick and easy recipe! I love these cookies and one little variance I have done is to lightly sprinkle sugar on top of the cookies before baking! Very yummy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make butter pecan cookies

Step 1In a large bowl add sugar and vanilla to the oil and beat well. Add flour, salt and continue to beat the mixture. Add pecans and mix well with a large spoon. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten cookies with a fork and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until cookies are light brown.
