buckeye ritz
I make these buckeyes on a regular basis, but I wanted to do something different with them so I added the ritz crackers as a bonus. Hope you love em!

Makes about 2 to 3 dozen
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powder sugar
- 3 - sleeves ritz crackers
- 1 package semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 package chocolate bark
- 2 tablespoons crisco
How To Make buckeye ritz

Step 1Melt butter and peanut butter in microwave for one minute.

Step 2Remove from microwave and stir in vanilla extract.

Step 3Add powder sugar and blend together.

Step 4Lay out ritz on wax paper with salt side up. Add a small spoon full on each ritz cracker then add another cracker salt side down on top and press slightly.

Step 5Put in freezer for about 30 minutes.

Step 6Melt the chocolates and Crisco until smooth.

Step 7Remove from freezer and dip into the chocolate. Return to freezer until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy
