Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix and ingredients according to package
- FILLING
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- GANACHE
- 1 bag dark chocolate chips
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
How To Make buckeye brownies

Step 1Make the brownies according to package directions. Meanwhile make the filling.

Step 2In a mixing bowl beat the peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Then slowly add in the powdered sugar. Spread on warm brownies.

Step 3For the ganache melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together on stove or in microwave. Spread on top of peanut butter mixture.

Step 4Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. then cut into squares
