Crispy warm cinnamon goodness. Goes great with a nice cup of tea in the evening.

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 2/3 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 - eggs
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
- sugar and cinnamon mixed in a bowl

How To Make bubba's snickerdoodles

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and form into walnut sized balls.

Step 2

Roll in sugar and cinnamon.
Step 3

Placed 2 inches a part on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
