- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 - egg (well beaten)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- dash - salt
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon
How To Make brown edge wafers

Step 1Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and lemon extracts.

Step 2Add egg and mix well.

Step 3Add flour and salt and mix well.

Step 4Drop by 1/2 teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. leave enough space apart for cookies to expand. Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are brown.
