Ingredients

2 boxes jiffy blueberry muffin mix-7oz each or one 15 oz krusteuz
2 large eggs
4 ounces cream cheese
1 stick butter
10 ounces vanilla or white chocolate chips
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

How To Make blueberry cheesecake cookies

Step 1

Cream together; butter, eggs and brown sugar.

Step 2

Add cream cheese and mix well
Step 3

Add muffin mix.
Step 4

Fold in chips. Drop by spoonful onto cookie stone.
Step 5

Bake at 325 for 16 minutes. Opt. I added a fresh blueberry to the top of each cookie before baking.
