Although I love baking, cookies are my least favorite thing to make! I guess because I made so many thousands of cookies for school parties for the kids and grandkids! HAHA! But these Bitty Goats are quick, easy and delightful! They are a great hit with young and old alike and are one of my family's favorites along with Snickerdoodles! Hope you try them and like them as well as we do!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 3 - egg yolks
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 large dates, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make bitty goats

Step 1Mix all ingredients well.

Step 2Pinch off small balls and flatten on ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 3Bake at 325 for 10 to 12 minutes until done.
