bisquick chocolate chip cookies
As always, I am on a quest to find the best recipes for sweets that are dairy-free and soy-free. When I first learned of my two daughter's allergies, I was crippled in the kitchen. Now, though I find I can adapt most recipes so that they can have them. This is my current favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. It is chewy and delicious. They do puff up quite a bit so they are your average chocolate chip cookie but I love them for this reason. I use homemade copy cat Bisquick recipe but you can substitute regular Bisquick if you don't want to make your own.
