With spring just around the corner, here is a fun recipe the kids can help make. I did this with my own children and, also, with my students in the school kitchen. It was a great, fun time and the kids learned about cooking and working together.

Ingredients

COMBINE IN A BOWL:
3 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup shredded coconut
