bea's drop cookies
These are such good little cookies. They remind me of vanilla waffers or tea cakes. I enjoy making these because they aren't so sweet. I usually make half the batch crispy for me and the other half not as crispy for my husband.

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups self rising flour
How To Make bea's drop cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients together & drop by teaspoonsful onto a foil-lined & greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 325 for approximately 10-12 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Note: this is a fairly stiff batter.

Step 2Tip: Bake a tad bit longer for crispier cookies.
