How to Make BANANA WALNUT COOKIES
- use very ripe bananas.(Look for brown spots on the bananas skin to know that they really are ripe.)Pit the dates,soak them overnight in 4 cups filtered water,and drain.
- Chop the nuts and the dates.Mash the bananas.combine the ingredients.Drop by heaping tablespoons on dehydrator sheets and flatten with the back of the spoon.Dehydrate overnight at 100 degrees.
- The next day you will have chewy,delicious,bite-size cookies.Serve warm,right out of the dehydrator,or store in the refrigerator to enjoy later.
