Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter softened
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 2
    bananas mashed
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    each salt and cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    each baking soda and nutmeg
  • 3 c
    oatmeal
  • 2 c
    raisins

How to Make Banana Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together and beat well with mixer. Mix the flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and nutmeg together. Mix into the wet ingredients. Beat with mixer.
  2. Stir in the oatmeal and raisins. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
