  • 1 c
    earthbalance vegan buttery sticks, softened
  • 6 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    instant hot apple cider mix
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    apple cider
  • 1/2 c
    raw sugar

How to Make Apple Cider Buttons


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Beat buttery sticks until softened.
  3. Add sugar, apple cider mix and vanilla. Beat until combined.
  4. Add flour and cider until dough comes together.
  5. Shape dough into balls. Roll in raw sugar and place on cookie sheet.
  6. Press balls flat with glass to about 1/4" thick.
  7. Bake 9 - 11 minutes. Transfer to rack and cool.
  8. Enjoy!
