How to Make Apple Cider Buttons
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat buttery sticks until softened.
- Add sugar, apple cider mix and vanilla. Beat until combined.
- Add flour and cider until dough comes together.
- Shape dough into balls. Roll in raw sugar and place on cookie sheet.
- Press balls flat with glass to about 1/4" thick.
- Bake 9 - 11 minutes. Transfer to rack and cool.
