Ingredients
- COOKIE
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 3 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups quick oats
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated nutmeg
- FILLING
- 3 - egg whites
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups crisco
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons milk
How To Make amish "little debbie" oatmeal creme cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cookies Cream together sugar with the butter and crisco. Add eggs beating well, add vanilla and dry ingredients and beat together. Bake for 9-12 minutes until done but soft.

Step 2Filling Beat egg whites (reserving yolks for another recipe) then once fluffy add vanilla and milk. Beat in powdered sugar, crisco and flour. Beat until light and frosting like. Once cookies are cool frost one and sandwich with another one.
