This recipe came from my mother-in-law, Beth Wilcox. She was not only the BEST mother-in-law ever, but a wonderful cook. I have many of her recipes that I treasure.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oleo
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup rice krispies
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 3-1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup raw oats
- 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
How To Make 100 good cookies

Step 1Cream sugars, oil, butter, egg and vanilla. Mix together flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar; stir well then add to creamed mixture. Add coconut,oats, nuts, cereal and chips.

Step 2Drop by teaspoons full onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 12 to 15 minutes or until brown. Makes around 100 cookies, hence the name!
